1. Predictive Nature of Service

Path-Talent AI provides predictive analytics based on Department of Labor (DOL) and USCIS historical data. Our "Readiness Score" and "Audit Defense Plan" are mathematical inferences, not legal advice. The use of this platform does not constitute an attorney-client relationship.

2. Data Accuracy

While we ingest over 2.4 million real-world LCA records, federal policies and adjudication trends change rapidly. The user is responsible for verifying the final filing with a qualified immigration attorney. Path-Talent AI is not liable for any petition denials or RFEs.

3. Subscription & Payments

Premium Reports and Enterprise Licenses are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated data for internal compliance and strategy purposes only.

4. Security & Privacy

All user inputs are encrypted with AES-256 standards. We do not sell personally identifiable information to third parties. Enterprise data is strictly siloed to preserve legal privilege.
