1. Digital Goods Policy

Due to the digital nature of our "Premium Strategic Data Reports", once a report has been generated and accessed, all sales are final. We provide instant access to high-value proprietary analytic results upon payment confirmation.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if there is a documented technical failure that prevented the generation of the analytics report after successful payment. In such cases, please contact support@path-talent.com within 48 hours.

3. Enterprise Cancellation

Enterprise Data Licenses can be canceled at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Analytics Terminal until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
