1. Digital Goods Policy

Due to the digital nature of our "Premium Audit Defense Reports", once a report has been generated and accessed, all sales are final. We provide instant access to high-value proprietary data upon payment confirmation.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if there is a documented technical failure that prevented the generation of the report after successful payment. In such cases, please contact support@path-talent.ai within 48 hours.

3. Enterprise Cancellation

Enterprise subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Enterprise Terminal until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
